The information we collect from you when you donate
If you donate to or otherwise purchase a good or service from, Columbia County Habitat for Humanity via the Website, we collect your first and last name, credit or debit card details (including card type, card number and expiry date) and billing address. Columbia County Habitat for Humanity has contracted the services of a banking partner to process credit card donations and purchases submitted online. Our banking partner’s secured server encrypts your credit card information so that it may be safely transmitted over the Web. Your credit card information will not be released by Columbia County Habitat for Humanity or its banking partner to any other party. To the extent we retain any of this personal information, we take reasonable and commercially practicable steps to ensure its security and destroy it as soon as commercially practicable.
