Service Spotlight: Frost Valley YMCA
We were very excited to welcome an energetic volunteer group from the Frost Valley YMCA the first week of August. Thirteen campers, including two supervisors, spent the week doing community service work with brief breaks for swimming, rock climbing, and other Hudson area activities. Hudson ReStore projects included landscaping, new gate posts, assembling furniture, and new displays. They spent a day on the Valatie house site installing flooring and sprucing up the construction site.
We would like to thank the Frost Valley YMCA volunteers for their help and support!

ReStore Donation Truck Breaks 7,000 Miles This Year
Many of you have called to report a sighting of the Hudson ReStore truck we leased last year. At 16 feet, it has greatly increased the number of donations we can pick up and reduced the time-frame for pickups.
Averaging 30 donation pick-ups a month, our truck has covered an impressive amount of ground this past year. Congratulations to Bill Schneider, Paul Mossman, and Kathy Schober, our ambassadors, and champion volunteer drivers. We thank you for all of your energy and dedication.
Need a visit from the ReStore truck?
Give our Donation Coordinator, Paula, a call at 518-822-8300 to arrange a pickup!
